Services include supplier discovery, factory capability vetting, Incoterm advisory, and preliminary logistics coordination.

2. Nature of Online Quotations & Requests

Information submitted via website RFQs, interactive trade calculators, and digital inquiry forms constitutes an exploratory commercial request. Digital estimates do not represent legally binding supply contracts until formal bilateral purchase orders (PO), Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), or Letters of Intent (LOI) are signed by authorized company representatives.

3. Trade Integrity & Anti-Fraud Compliance

DMC GROUPSS strictly enforces international trade compliance and zero-tolerance anti-fraud protocols. All parties using our portal affirm that they represent legitimate corporate entities and are not subject to international sanctions, embargoes, or illicit trade restrictions. We conduct due diligence verification on all participating trade parties.

4. Non-Circumvention & Confidentiality (NCNDA)

Business intelligence, supplier identities, and client proprietary pricing shared during deal negotiations are subject to customary ICC 769 non-circumvention and non-disclosure standards. Neither party shall bypass or directly transact around DMC GROUPSS regarding introduced trade counterparts without prior written authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, brand marks ("DMC GROUPSS"), interactive trade calculator tools, digital interface code, and graphic assets displayed on this portal are the intellectual property of DMC GROUPSS. Unauthorized automated scraping, impersonation, or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of this portal or preliminary trade agency agreements shall be resolved amicably through good-faith commercial consultation, failing which disputes are subject to the competent commercial jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
